BELTS PACKAGES
Ultra-high tensile belt packages are designed to provide great stiffness in longitudinal direction and flexibility in lateral direction to ensure superior load carrying capabilities. Tire contour is designed to have optimal footprint for even wear.
BODY PLY (CASING)
Specially twisted cables, embedded in an extremely tear-proof mixture, isolate individual tears for better casing endurance and Retreadability. Higher density of ultra-high tensile ply wire improves impact resistance.
LOW VOID PATTERN
More rubber for more mileage but less fuel consumption. Tread rubber is placed where is most needed.
BEAD DESIGN
The reinforced steel cord wraps around the steel ply and bead core, reducing thestress at the bead area.
